NexMetals Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration and evaluation company focused on the discovery and advancement of copper-nickel-cobalt-platinum group elements resources in Canada, Barbados, and Botswana.
Its flagship projects are the Selebi and Selebi North copper-nickel-cobalt mines in Botswana and the Cu-Ni-Co-PGE Selkirk mine in Botswana, together with related infrastructure and four surrounding prospecting licences.
The company was formerly known as Premium Resources Ltd. and changed its name to NexMetals Mining Corp. in June 2025. NexMetals Mining Corp. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
